Codech Kenya strives to see that the big and great potential bestowed in the young people is noticed, unlocked and put in a maximum use to not only help them but help the community at large. We are rolling out measures with the help of our partners, well wishers and donors to have the identified potentials are given a flat form to grow.
Some of the talents in the youth we have for some time identified and unlocked are:
•Sports i.e. footballers, athletes
•Business people
•Public speakers
•Excellent writers
•Bicycle riders
•Among others
We have on this effect established a tournament for both athletics and football for the past three years.
We also visit schools for capacity building and career guidance programs with a team that is well versed in the same.
